EPC Project Management

We ensure your project meets quality, schedule, and budget targets during construction.

The Owner's Advocate on Site

Renewable energy construction projects (EPC) are complex, and potential delays or quality defects cost investors large sums of money. Professional project management and supervision are prerequisites for success.

NordEPC acts as the Owner's Engineer on projects. We ensure that the EPC contractor adheres to the contract's technical requirements, Finnish building codes, and occupational safety laws.

What is the difference between an EPC Contractor and an Owner's Engineer?
An EPC contractor (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) is responsible for the physical construction and procurement. We act as the Owner's Engineer: we supervise the EPC contractor's work, quality, and schedule on behalf of the investor.
Do you help with EPC contractor tendering?
Yes. We draft the Employer's Requirements, manage the tendering process, and perform technical-commercial evaluations up to contract signing.
Do you provide Site Supervision?
Yes. We offer site supervision, HSE inspections, and participate in Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT).
