About Us
A collective of expert engineering companies building the future of renewable energy in Finland.
Who We Are
NordEPC is a unified collective of premier engineering companies headquartered in Finland. We specialize in providing comprehensive engineering, design, and technical due diligence services for utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Our unique collective model brings together specialized firms across structural, electrical, and systems engineering under one cohesive umbrella. This provides international infrastructure funds and EPC contractors with a single point of contact for end-to-end engineering excellence.
Our Mission
Our mission is to accelerate the green transition by acting as the trusted local technical bridge between international investors, EPC contractors, and the Finnish energy ecosystem.
We de-risk renewable investments by proactively managing the complexities of sub-zero Nordic climates, local permitting, and strict Fingrid grid compliance from initial feasibility to commercial operation (COD).
Our Core Values
Every project we undertake is guided by four foundational commitments.
Local Expertise
Deep understanding of Finland's regulatory landscape, environmental standards, and Fingrid grid codes.
International Standards
Delivering bankable, high-grade engineering documentation recognized and accepted by European financial institutions.
Agility & Precision
Our agile collective structure allows us to assemble the exact engineering team required for your project without bureaucratic delay.
Full Independence
We act as completely unbiased Owner's Engineers and Technical Advisors with zero ties to specific equipment manufacturers.
The Value of Finnish Engineering
Executing utility-scale renewable energy projects in the Nordics requires specialized regional know-how. Heavy snow loads (up to 4.0 kN/m²), freezing ground conditions, and stringent Fingrid VJV2018 grid codes require experienced local engineering.
NordEPC provides this indispensable local knowledge, de-risking your investment and ensuring long-term operational success.
